Mr. Gudmundson's experience as a design professional extends more than four decades. After a successful 34+ year run with Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd, where he served as a project engineer, project manager, Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President, and 4 1/2 years as President/CEO, he helped arrange a blending of Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd staff into another firm. Within a short period of time thereafter, he realized that his passion for superior client service could only be realized by establishing a new firm, and thus, RWG Engineering LLC was born. Over the years, Mr. Gudmundson has held the reins for many important projects. His skilled leadership has resulted in a remarkable record of achievement, and the establishment of a reputation for quality, competence and integrity. In addition to corporate leadership and administrative management duties, he maintains active involvement in project design, analysis, contract administration and client service coordination. Mr. Gudmundson stays current in technical and business leadership innovation through active affiliation with a number of professional organizations.
